We are a new business and Steve and the team have been taking us through the process of franchising from developing the prospectus, letters, operations manuals, fims and franchise agreement. As soon as things didn't go the way they wanted, they stopped answering my emails. Now 5 chases in and still nothing both the individual and the info address.

Information came to light that materially affected our client's position, and from that point the matter was handled by our solicitors rather than by direct correspondence, which is why your emails went unanswered.
